These are a big improvement or the other elbow pads. They are comfortable, stretchy and have a silicone type ring around the inside of each opening to help them from slipping down. Im a average build man with medium+ muscle and the XL just fits. The padding is good although it could be a bit bigger in all directions as it just covers the tip of the elbow.

Seriously good protection, while still being flexible.
I bought these for ice skating, and wanted my arms to stay flexible / didn’t want bulky, hard pads. So till now, I’ve been using the some soft elbow pads that I’d still get bruises from.
The FIRST thing I did after trying these on was stress test them. After feeling it out, I just went for it and slammed my elbow into a concrete corner.
Everything up to that point, I couldn’t really feel.
Against the corner, I could feel a minor impact, but that’s a MUCH harder and concentrated impact than falling flat on the ice.
So, yeah. I’m 100% confident in these.
